These terms apply to the Sorimac app and sorimac.com, provided by Yunseul Co., Ltd. (South Korea). By downloading, buying or using Sorimac you agree to them.
A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use Sorimac on one Mac. You can move the license to another Mac by deactivating it on the old one. The license does not expire and includes updates to version 2.x.
You can use Sorimac free for 3 days before buying. No payment details are needed for the trial.
Sorimac is a one-time purchase of US$9.99. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, who handles billing, taxes and invoices. Their terms also apply to the transaction.

What you dictate is yours. Speech is processed on your Mac by default; see the privacy policy. If you turn on an optional cloud feature with your own API key, that provider's terms apply.
Sorimac is provided "as is". Speech recognition can make mistakes; check important text before you send it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version.
